De kers op de appelmoes
kookboek mei 18th, 2008In Antwerpen ging dit weekend weer het boekenfestijn door. Tijd om de collectie koekboeken nog wat uit te breiden. Zo zag ik daar het boek van Pierre Wind: “De kers op de appelmoes”. Waar gaat het over? Kort gezegd, om een saai bord om te toveren tot een spectaculaire creatie! Want geef nu toe, als je lekker hebt gekookt, dan kwak je het nu eenmaal niet gewoon op je bord. Het oog wil ook wat.
Wat dacht je van een tomatenvlinder, of een kaasroos? Zo tover je een gewone hap om tot kunst met een K.
